Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kindora Kidz. We take great pride in our handcrafted, eco-friendly toys and curated books. Because many of our products are handmade by artisans using natural materials, slight variations in wood grain or colour are a natural part of the product's charm and uniqueness.
1. Returns and Exchanges
At Kindora Kidz, returns and exchanges are generally not allowed. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or preference. We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was delivered.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will meet our obligations by offering you a refund or an exchange.

Required Documentation: Please include your proof of purchase (Order ID) and clear pictures/videos of the defect.

Condition: The defective product must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If we have sent you the wrong item:

We will arrange for a courier partner (e.g., Delhivery) to pick up the item.

Reverse Pick-up: This service is available at selected pin codes. Our courier will attempt pick-up twice. If both attempts fail, the responsibility to ship the item back to us falls on the customer.

The item must be returned in its original, new, and unopened packaging.
4. Cancellations
We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse for fulfillment or has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately to check eligibility.
5. Refunds
Once a return is received and validated by our team:

Store Credit: You may opt for store credit of the same value, which can be redeemed for any future purchase on our website.

Original Payment Method: Alternatively, the refund can be issued to your original payment source.

Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7 to 14 days from the date the return request is approved.
6. Shipping Charges

COD (Cash on Delivery) fees are collected by the courier service and are non-refundable.
